Has my hammock shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our page to check your orders status. Hammock orders typically ship within 48 hours. Due to the size and weight of the hammocks we can only ship via FedEx Ground. If you require express shipment please email greg@nicaswings.com and we will try and accomodate your request. We can tell you from experience that express shipments are very expensive. The boxes weigh 10 pounds and the dimensions are 8 x 8 x 48 inches,
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If your hammock has already shipped and you wish to return it, please contact greg@nicaswings.com.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backordered hammock arrive?
  If you place an order for a hammock that is on backorder, it may take 1 - 3 months to receive the hammock. The hammocks are handmade in Nicaragua and are transported back to the states via mission teams. We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. If you must cancel your order, please email greg@nicaswings.com.
